We extract valuable hidden insights from vast amounts of semi structured and unstructured social media data to enable informed and insightful decision making.This involves systematically identifying, extracting, and analyzing social media data (such as tweets, shares, likes, and hyperlinks) using sophisticated tools and techniques. We then interpret and align the insights gained with electoral goals and objectives. We identify seven layers of data:

1 Textual data (such as tweets and comments).

2 Network data (such as facebook).

3 Actions (such as likes, shares, views).

4 Hyperlinks (e.g. hyperlinks embedded with text).

5 Mobile data (e.g., mobile application data).

6 Location data.

7 Search engines data.
